Hi guys, as well all know streaming sites tend to be blocked by ISP or Government for obvious reasons, I understand that we will need to do 301 redirect in case of blocking but I wonder wether people should just buy a domain and set the DNS etc etc to the new domain or how? I read on google but...

Has anyone ever used this ad network before? I set the ad cap (popunder) for max 2 for every 30 mins. Never checked it before, but today when I checked it, the popunder opened every few mins! (like I got 3 or 4 for 2 mins now). How come is this possible? Not to mention my impressions was...
