I Created 5 accounts on bing using coupons and bank account all different on last wednesday.. all the accounts working fine but bing doesnt send me any traffic yet to my ads in all my 5 accounts.. whats wrng with my accounts? my 5 account shows active status even i contacted bing they said...

Use twitter a lot these days for my promotion.. Most of the CPA Offers are only valid for US, CANADA,UK and AUSTRALIA .. so i have to target these countries twitter accounts to get the followers.. any one help me in this and also i use keywords to target based on my niche... Looking for lot...
