Hi I read a thread on here a couple of months ago, and someone in it mentioned a network that provides surveys and ways to use them so that the user must take a survey before getting what he wants (like a download or w/e). Can anyone list one or a few networks that operates that way? Ty in advance

Second tier searchengines I don't see them discussed much. What are they? Some wafo wso guy claims to have a bot that searches 20 of them, I can't think of one (what I imagine them to be, rebranded searchfunctions). Anyone know where they can be found? Discuss.
