I am planning to create multiple FB accounts that (hopefully) will not get deleted by FB. I have one phone and I will buy a cheap prepaid sim card ($15/month cancel anytime). Each FB account will have its own sim card but I'm using only one phone for all of them. Will this work?

If your home has 5 pcs but only one IP. And each pc created a FB account. Would FB cancel some of the accounts?
