What's all the fuss about? Those are hacked websites that are injected with links. I wouldn't trust SEMRush traffic & impressions data. For example, one site that I own is ranking #1 for a keyword with a traffic of 5K visitors per month, yet I get 0 impressions & clicks from it (GSC).
