Hmm, I'm thinking this might be required, as the task would/might need to select with file to select through Windows Explorer. WinAutomation can perform tasks with Windows? I could also see the need to interact with outlook, as this is their primary email client (Office365).

Without not knowing how new this site is, only doing 1 post every week (if new) would work, and do that for about 1.5-2 months. And towards the end of that, you could post every 4 days. As stated... start slow with post during this period and then you can build up. Get a link wheel going...
