I asked to appodeal they said it will not work if app removed on store but manual account linking will work if other ad network supports 3rd app market. I didn't test it.

I can change with new Admob account. But we must enter other ad network's id number to new admob account for mediation. Can it be associated with the old account?

Yes contents don't belong me. But it is not illegal. Owners of contents allows this. Policy violation explained this is scraped content. If it was invalid traffic admob already says this. Is appodeal only a meditation company or is there own ads too? And where i will get my money? from appodeal?
