You wont find anything that does not have monthly fees / subscription. On demand mail-forwarding services do not exist.

Any configuration intensive hosted service (VPN, VPS, Proxy...) would be very time consuming to setup and would not be profitable at such a small scale. Unless you can code a solution to automate the deployment of your services and scale up to say 100 machines, it would really be more of a pain...

You could create a website to centralize all links and organize them by genres, dates, etc.. and then monetize the site by using ads. Just dont forget that what you are doing is considered copyright infringement in most countries of the world. I would suggest you check your local regulations...
