I guess it depends on what you're looking to push... Interstitial video ads are a big winner if you control the delivery platform.

I'm pretty sure that seller couldn't even tell me if their accounts had Managed Payments capability yet. Not sure if they are experts or just found an easy way to build accounts.

My best advice... Look at another company selling something similar. Look at them enough to start seeing their ads. Use their ads as inspiration for your own ads. Make sure your pricing is market competitive.

They probably have a content identification system that pulls clips and compares it to existing known content... Think tineye but for video.
