"I don't know you" ... i just want money to be put in my bank account ! Its not that easy mate. You need to start learning the basics first.. hosting, CMS, themes , web design ... slowly then you'll have a better idea where and how to start your classified site and then how to rank it.

Out ranking brick and mortar stores is definitely doable.. but needs some effort. Since you seem to be ready to put in the effort, i would suggest you go ahead with it. Good luck OP. Keep us posted on your progress.
