Really? I have a voucher for a free domain with them that I haven't used. I did notice that something didn't seem right with them. Could be their motto "No Bullshit", just doesn't seem professional for a hosting company.

People are going to tell you to search the forums, which really doesn't help if you don't know where to start. Here's my advice - find a recent thread (Ex. the 300 microniche sites one) and figure out what they're doing and if you might be able to do it. If it doesn't interest you, move on...

Personally I think there needs to be a lot more banning happening, every day there are 20+ threads that amount to "How do I shot SEO?", "Sorry I am noob how do i shot make money quickfast", or "i not good at computer you get me 100$ day now yes?". Anything that can't be found on these forums...
