For S4 I'm planning to use an auctioned domain with RD100+. I will keep the website for a couple of weeks on it and then will 301 redirect it to a brandable domain. Let's see what happens :)

If you want to be 100% sure that you are not leaving any footprints you can link once to only one money site. Then content, site creation, monthly fees and the total is something like $1-300 for a single link.
