If your site provides value and has some original content (AI) then programmatic seo is very much alive, that type of site might deserve a new name though

Each section is clearly defined and limited in scope, any bad sections get remade. The pure long form tests I did fail as Google didn't like them or the keywords I was testing with were had a ton of competition.

They make people pay to display content, whereas I'm displaying the same information for free (but different due to AI). Costs me almost nothing to do apart from time.

I've been working on a similar journey for the past two weeks, inspired by @lucky.sparks posts but with a different platform + vertical.
Why did you choose YouTube for the initial bot? More competition, Anti spam / copyright compared to some more niche platforms.
It was around 5-10 per day, but there was a big dropoff as products purchased now won't arrive in time for Christmas. The system is running on 100% autopilot, so over time it'll produce more sales with no extra work.
