don't pay for it. its shit right now. i learned how to do it. instaccountsmanager buy accounts, proxies etc, you can do it yourself but instagram has easily been detecting and banning those accounts so the open rate is super low. not worth it at all.- pythoncoder

accounts can be bought for around $10-$15 per 100 accounts, proxies you would have to get a provider , mobile proxy rotating ip works decent, settings , and scraping users , setting up a blacklist, its not hard. but accounts do die pretty fast.- pythoncoder
