is it okay to use iframe as the safe page for google ads?
Iframe used to be a cloaking method in 2020, in 2022 it's not as good and not worth playing around. Though sometimes I see one of those, they don't last enough. My opinion - don't do iframe. The reasons why people used IFRAME because iframe can cloak without changing the link or redirecting.- BeyondAds

If you get suspended fast, Fast i mean 1-3 weeks, then its all about your Setup, and this is where you should look at. Normal setups can last 1-6 months before getting banned, 3 weeks if ultra unlucky.- BeyondAds

Can I verify many different BM's with same company documents?
Use real business information. When you buy verified BM, they usually fill with fake details or fake company details oversaturate, and then sooner or later the verify status will be reinstated and lost. One more thing - your campaigns will also suffer if its black hat. -

It will get flagged sooner or later, might work a couple of times, and then you will suddenly have bad luck or get your BM verify status taken away.
