Organic traffic unless you are sharing through multiple PERSONAL facebook accounts, else official fanpages is just a waste of time as reaches are very much limited. Basically Facebook wants you to pay in order to get traffic. -

Sell something online. Look for local shops that have ready inventories at good pricing. Then dropship from there. It is an easy way to earn a few hundreds to thousands dollars monthly. Not going to be big money but at least it is still cashflow.- honestIM

There is a lot of changes ongoing with twitter at the moment, follow/unfollow, replies, @mention are all affected by this changes. I would not use wholsaleinternet as it is cheap for obvious reason. Better to use your managed VPS service than to use wholesaleinternet.
