Be VERY careful using blackhat techniques with CPA. Personally, I only go as far as using whatever traffic source I feel like and combine that with cloaking and blanking. Of course many of my sites which redirect to CPA offers have got there good G ranking via blackhat ways. Swings in... -

This method was being done well over a year ago... It worked quite well (obviously you don't want to stop watching a movie once it's started) but it's far too risky now (all movie sites are being ********ed unless they have rock solid offshore hosting). -
