How Much Can This Site Be Sold?

In my experience, 25-35x monthly net earnings is the normal range. This is for sites with quality, original content - not spun or automated content. I personally prefer organic search traffic over social traffic, as it tends to be more stable. I wouldn't even consider a site that depended on...

Interacting with other blog writers as a blog owner

I’ve found joining niche Facebook groups for bloggers is a great way to build partnerships as well. You get to recognize each other, and are more willing to share each other’s content and link to one another naturally.

[METHOD] How to write up to 40 Blog posts EVERY SINGLE DAY

I use the Otter app on my phone to dictate articles. I set up a Siri shortcut, so I can just say “Siri, dictate this” and start talking. Handy when I’m stuck in the car for a long drive - can dictate a whole article without ever touching my phone.

A photographer reported me and want me to pay

This has been happening more and more often. He could take you to small claims court, but only if he tracks down your identity, which is probably not worth the trouble. I would only respond if I got a physical notice in the mail or contact from his attorney.

Amazon affiliate niche sites still good to go?

You definitely have to wade through a lot of garbage, and have a lot of patience. But if you have some capital to invest, it’s faster than building from scratch. Of course, if you don’t know what you’re doing, it can also be a great way to lose a lot of money. I’ve purchased from both Flippa...

Amazon affiliate niche sites still good to go?

I do about $6k in affiliate income per month, primarily from three main affiliate sites. All were purchased through Empire Flippers, although I’ve done quite a bit of work on them since.

Amazon affiliate niche sites still good to go?

They still work well. I have several that were purchased over the last two years, and all are still earning consistently. It’s all about the niche. Although I do think it’s inevitable that Amazon will cut back further on the program... but who knows when.

Has anyone successfully invested in a Flippa asset?

I used to be able to find more blog/content sites there. But now it seems to lean really heavily towards Amazon affiliate sites and FBA businesses. Many of them were obviously made with the purpose of flipping them. I don’t think it’s anything they’ve done. But I do think more bloggers are...

Has anyone successfully invested in a Flippa asset?

Agree with this. Empire Flippers is a much safer marketplace. I’ve been disappointed with what they have available lately though.

Realistically, how much money can you make from flipping sites?

I’ve bought quite a few sites. As for criteria- I only consider sites that are at least two years old, clean backlink profiles (no PBNs, no spam), 100% original content, and have social profiles that appear to be actively run by real people. But yeah, 25-35x monthly net income is a good rule of...

Has anyone successfully invested in a Flippa asset?

I have. I purchased a blog on Flippa in 2014, and it’s still one of my main sites. I’ve tripled the traffic and it’s a very high earning site today. I’ve put a ton of work and investment into it. Most of Flippa is garbage, but there are still real blogs that go up for sale there. You just have...
