I did about 5k a day and got banned on all accounts tested after 10 days.
Got a few accounts banned after testing this with 5k views a day. You get the ban after 1-2 weeks.

They are not refreshed. They are the old results before IG updated about 1 year ago. So all results are old.
If i remember correctly those are all outdated searches. Meaning the accounts are not refreshed not up to date. Still useful i guess.
