I sell to LeadSmart, they do good coverage even in smaller areas, you can reach out and ask them if they have coverage etc. and if you do enough volume they might be able to find a buyer or find someone who does sales and partner with them to handle finding you a buyer.

You can do all of the above and also parasites and GBP listings. Or go old school and do print media etc.... who says lead gen has to be 100% online ;) I'm moving more towards GBP and parasites though, possibly Ads but it's hard to make numbers work.
