I've seen plenty of info sites take massive hits too. Most drops in traffic are due to websites losing featured snippets.

None of these will get the job done these days. Even if you get some indexed the tiers will be broken and not much link juice will flow. Some may get indexed but will eventually be de-indexed and thus no link juice flow as well. Get quality tier 1 links instead.

Content is either duplicate, low quality, or no internal links pointing to it. Send it to an Indexer, build some links to it, or just move on. If these sites are this poorly crawled, they clearly aren't as good as you think they are.
