Hit the spam button on your email! I think thats the same lawfirm that craigslist used. If I remember correctly, they sent a fed ex package and real letter. So, hit the spam button, be careful and have a plan b ready.

I am not an attorney but I will tell you this based on my experience, Perkins Coie is a HUGE international law firm with a very long reach and obviously Facebook has very deep pockets. They have even more to lose and more people to answer to now that they are a public company. This is a simple C&D which other than shutting down your FB page, has not cost you any real money. Think of it as a shot over your bow from a giant battleship when you're in a row boat. Don't be a fool, shut it down and move on before they decide to take better aim.
Shut it down. Dump the domain (your registrar can do this for you).
Because your operation is shut down, they won't pursue it. And as things currently stand, they cannot prove you received their email.
Legal action threatened by email is bullshit. They need to send a letter and prove you read it. They would do that later if they want to pursue it but likely that they won't bother. Plus, if you've dumped the domain back to your registrar, your whois details will no longer appear on there.
I say do NOT reply to them. Replying is an acknowledgement of receipt of their email.
Out of interest, what did you do wrong? I'm shocked that selling Likes is considered some kind of legal offence. How could it be? You're not doing anything wrong.
