I think since Reddit do their new update Reddit is hard to remove now or what do you guys think about that or any other way to do it?

From my farms it’s the opposite, they tightened the removal queue so hard that even mild promo gets yeeted faster, the update just made the semantic scanner more aggressive on any sales-adjacent language

Reddit’s moderation and spam filters have gotten stricter after recent updates. A lot of promotional or borderline posts get removed faster now, and recovery is harder if the account or content looks spammy.
