Do you focus more on backlink quality or quantity?

this is a solved problem. one good backlink is worth 999 bad ones. but if u cant go for the best, then go for the smaller quality links, as big as your brand and budget allows.

Quality matters more to me. A link from a relevant website can bring useful traffic and make more sense for SEO than dozens of random links. I'd rather build a smaller number of links that fit the niche than chase numbers just to make the backlink profile look bigger.
Yes, relevance is the key to determining the value of the backlink. Even a handful of backlinks from the sites relevant to your niche will have greater value than numerous irrelevant ones. Always prioritize quality and organic growth.

For me I will fosue on quality backlinks if you get backlink from one premium site and on the other hand you get backlinks from 50 smaller sites then the premium site backlink will give you more benefits quality beat the quantity.

I focus more on backlink quality than quantity, a few relevant links from authority websites can be more valuable than hundreds of low quality links, I also consider the linking page, topical relevance, site history, and natural link profile rather than relying only on DA/DR metrics

Instead of focusing on extra backlinks, it would be better to invest your time in high-quality backlinks; in the long run, this will prove to be much more effective for you.

most of the time, I will focus on quality, but quantity has its place to. for me, a few gud links from some sites that have visitor are much better than having many links. Additionally, I will check the site's history, outbound link nd whether the page has been indexed.

Absolutely agreed. It is better to have just one backlink from a reputable website that attracts organic visitors than dozens of irrelevant and low-quality backlinks.

Personally, I always focus more on quality than quantity. A few relevant backlinks from authoritative websites within your niche can be much more valuable than hundreds of random links from low-quality sites.

Yes, though I would not only consider DR/DA but look into organic traffic, niche relevance, and backlinks. There is no value to a website that has good metrics but no real users.

I think the quality of blog matters a lot for growth because a low quality blog is totally waste of time. So I suggest you to never compromise on the quality of blog. The backlinks are also important for growth and SEO because the links of relevant sites can bring a traffic which is very help for growth. The quantity doesn't matters a lot because one quality post is better then more low quality or poor posts. If you have enough time to spent on your blog you can also generate a quality posts in quantity on daily bases.
