I would like to know which works better for growing a Facebook page. Are Reels getting more views and followers than normal image and text posts these days? I would be interested to hear what has worked for others.

Reels is much better, there is an increase in doom scrolling so most reels gets seen by random people.

Reels are generally better for reaching new people because they can get recommended beyond your existing followers However regular posts are still useful for building engagement and keeping your audience connected I’d use both but focus more on Reels if your main goal is reach and page growth

If monetization is on and income is low, then it is better to post every day, and if monetization is not on, then it is better to support reels every day.

Reels are the best. You can reach more individuals with the aid of Reels. You post to increase engagement and connect with your audience. Both are good, I think Reels are more effective.

I'd use a mix but would definitely prioritize Reels for reach and follower growth. Short videos have the most potential to reach people who aren't already following you, whereas image and text posts are probably better for engagement and community building.

Reels are a solid way to generate a quick influx of new audience, they’re pretty hard to funnel/convert though.

Reels are worth testing for discovery but don't overlook image posts since a single useful or relatable post can bring people back and keep them following the page.

From my experience, Reels usually get much more reach than normal image or text posts. But there's something I've learned, getting a lot of views doesn't necessarily mean getting new followers. I've had Reels with thousands of views and practically no new followers. I think it's better to combine both.

Also try joining groups related to your niche, or groups where you think people might be interested in your content.

And don't just limit yourself to posting, you also need to comment on other posts, interact with other pages and reply to people. That helps a lot, don't focus only on the views.

I think reels are better for reaching new people, while regular posts help keep your existing audience engaged. A mix of both is probably the best approach.

Reels would be better at getting those that arent following you on the page while posts would be better for keeping those already following you engaged. i would use reels for discovery and posts for building credibility honestly.

Reels are well worth prioritizing for reaching new followers, but photos and text-based posts should not be neglected.

Honestly, just post regularly, reply to people in your comments, and share stuff you'd actually want to watch or read yourself. That's what gets people to follow and share.

Fb reel is the best option in trending page/personal profile for growth with unique content reel video upload to reachout for engagements using good caption and hashtags to index post for views.

Reels attracts people who were not following us while consistent posting makes the followers stay interested. i would create reels to attracts people first and then findss out what kind of posting will keep them engaging.
