I would like to know how people come up with ideas for their TikTok videos. Do you plan your videos ahead of time or just make them when you get an idea? What works best for you?

I get ideas by looking at what people are talking about and the things they want to know. I also try to think of simple ways to share useful tips from my own knowledge. Keeping a small list of ideas makes it easier to plan new videos.

“I’d keep a running list of questions people ask in comments, Reddit and niche communities, then turn those into original videos. plan a few days ahead, but leave room for random ideas, too

I usually find ideas by looking at the questions people ask in my niche and the comments under popular videos. There's often something worth making a video about. I also keep a list of ideas so I'm not sitting around wondering what to post every day.

This also depends on the original topic of your channel. Ideas can come from comments or from your competitors, try researching them.

Keeping a note of questions people ask in your niche is useful because each one can become a video with a clear topic and purpose

Planning ahead is always essential; I usually keep a small notebook to jot down any ideas that come to mind, which I then use as a guide for structuring my work it’s a very reliable approach.

That is a good practice. I personally believe that writing down things will help you clear your head and keep everything in order in the workflow. Even one little idea in a notebook may come in handy later.

i look at it like a daily documentary. its about what im doing at the current moment already. generalized content is not appealing. but ideas that are molded by your specific circumstances is unique content other are interested to consume

A mix of both works best. Random ideas can turn into the most fun videos, but having a few ideas saved helps on days when inspiration is nowhere to be found.

Both are indispensable. When watching videos, save what you like. I will have a brief idea for some of the videos in advance, but my favorite ones are all sudden inspirations. If it feels good, just pick up your phone and start shooting.

It depend on target niche to determine making of video content, there are from competitors pages to copy or make replica video related content to index profile for growth and engagement.
