Makes empty promises and wastes our time. He created a GMB profile, and we purchased an additional review package. Five days after the listing was created, it was taken down completely.
At first, he assured us there were no issues and that the reviews would be posted. Afterward, he said, “No, I told you only once per week.” He never warned us that the listing could be at risk, he simply kept saying everything was fine and that nothing would happen. Ironically, he posted only one review that week, so we don’t understand what the issue was supposed to be.
He not only refuses to acknowledge his mistake but has also stopped responding. He hasn’t even considered refunding us. We made a reasonable case for a refund for the reviews that were never posted, but he just tells us to wait and doesn’t take the matter seriously. He also hasn’t even mentioned the 14-day warranty that he prominently advertises in his thread.
