How many times should you post on a Facebook page daily to maintain good reach without annoying followers?

I would like to ask a simple question about Facebook pages. How often do you normally share something on your page? Do you think one post a day is enough or is it okay to share more? I would like to hear your thoughts.

I’d suggest starting with one post a day. Focus on sharing useful content and see how your followers respond. If people are engaging, you can try posting twice a day and adjust based on the results.

If your target audience increases, then you have to consistently target your audience with stories and post reels 5 times a week

I usually prefer posting once a day and seeing how people respond If the audience is active and the content is useful then posting more can also work without affecting engagement

You can post one post daily, and don't post spammy things. There must be value to that post. That's it

I think one or two quality posts a day are enough as long as the content is engaging and relevant to your audience

Your focus should be on quality and not quantity. Besides facebook rewards quality not quantity. If you can get good quality content, once a day is very okay. And once you start with once a day, keep it at that consistently for a while and see see performance in like 3 weeks

posting consistently doesn't get you seen, you can post once a week, then use the other days to get your post seen.

You should regularly post useful content on your personal profile; doing so will help you reach more followers.

You can definitely post more if you have useful content to share but I wouldn’t sacrifice quality just to increase the frequency. I’d test different posting times and formats.

To get a lot of exposure and views at the very beginning, you must post a lot of posts and reels, but not in different categories, and you must continue to do them every three hours.

number of posts matters less than mixing formats honestly. a page that does 1 reel + 1 text/photo update a day holds reach way better than 3 of the same format back to back, FB seems to deprioritize repeat format spam from the same page even if each individual post is good

In my personal view, the best way to maintain a steady following on Facebook—without making people feel annoyed or overwhelmed by notifications—is to post once or twice a day.
