Leaving copy aside, the AI I'd point to is the part that runs after a lead shows up. I run a contracting company, and these are the agents I have running:
1. A phone agent that answers incoming calls. Contractors miss calls all day because they're on a roof or driving, and a call that goes to voicemail is often a job that goes to the next contractor on the list.
2. A texting tool that sends lead follow-up texts and appointment reminders on a schedule, so a new lead hears back fast.
3. A coordinator agent that assigns tasks to the other agents.
None of it touches copy or ads. But for a local business that's usually where the biggest leak is: the traffic and calls already exist, and they get lost after the click. If you do lead gen for local clients, it's also an easy add-on to sell, because it makes the leads you deliver actually convert.
