May i know what kind of ads you running ? Is it blackhat? and whats the niche?

Sometimes the review process just takes longer than expected, so I would suggest to avoid repeatedly removing and re-adding the same number.

Call assets go through a separate check from the ads, and the number itself is what gets verified, so a few things usually decide how long it sits:

1. Number type and country. A local or toll-free number in the same country you're targeting gets through much faster than a number from another country or a virtual/VoIP number from a cheap provider. Premium-rate and shared-cost numbers are not allowed at all.
2. The number has to be on the website. Put it visibly on the landing page (ideally in the header or contact block, as text, not only inside an image). If Google can't find it on the domain, the asset tends to stay under review or get "Unverified phone number".
3. It has to actually ring. If the reviewer calls and gets an IVR maze, a voicemail full of nothing, or a number that only works during a narrow schedule, it can be held or disapproved. Set the asset schedule to the hours someone really answers.
4. Don't delete and re-add. Like AxionTraffix said, every re-add restarts the review. Leave it and, if it's been more than a few business days, ask support to look at that specific asset.
5. Account status. On new accounts, or accounts with pending advertiser verification, assets in general get reviewed slower. If verification is pending, finishing it usually speeds everything up.

If it's a call-only or pay-per-call type setup, the review is stricter, and the niche matters a lot, so the question above about what you're advertising is a fair one. We run a lot of call-based lead gen at PPC Rebels (ppcrebels.com), and in most cases the delay was either a number not shown on the site or a number from a different country than the targeting.

Recently, I seen cases where call assets needed another review also I would avoid repeatedly editing the number and give the review some time.
