no kyc/kyb cc to crypto processor

Has anyone used those no kyc/kyb credit card to crypto? They all seem scammy. like https://utopay.app/ literally registered 2 months ago.
There's no way they can offer no kyc/kyb cc processing, all risk and chargeback is on them.

https://nowpayments.io/ requires kyb (I'm open to options which require kyb but higher risk getting shut down). And it doesn't support US fiat.
