How can I improve the quality and engagement of articles using AI?

Use AI to help with research, outlines, and readability, but bring your own examples, experience, and insights. Also, be sure to check your final article for search intent - better content isn’t just about being well-written.

I think ai works as an assistant, not as a replacement for the writer. use it for research, structure, and editing, but add your own experience, example, and opinion. Articles that offer something original are more likely to keep readers engaged than generic ai-generated content.

The best way would probably be to have it research for you, pull other articles, find YouTube video transcripts, and have it lay out all the information for you, then you take that information and write the article yourself. if you have ai write the full article, it will feel a little disconnected or start repeating the same phrases over and over again. After you generate 5-10 articles, you will notice its paterns.

Start with research before asking it to write. Check the SERPs for the topic, figure out what question the reader needs answered, and gather reliable sources. Use competing articles to understand expectations, then look for what's missing.
“Write about indoor herb gardens” will probably give you something generic. “Help someone choose herbs for a north-facing kitchen, explain the light limitations and give a realistic starter setup” gives it a proper job.
Build the outline around that, then draft. Afterwards, check the facts, cut repeated points and add examples that make the advice usable.
