Hi, I bought a few accounts from you a while ago. (order #13460) After some time I noticed someone else is active on them, and I can also no longer view my order on your site. I’ve been trying to reach you on Telegram since Oct 16 - the messages were read, but I haven’t had a reply. I’m not after a refund, I’d just like replacement accounts. I’d really prefer to sort this out quietly, but if I don’t hear back within 24 hours I’ll have to go through the Dispute Resolution process. Thanks.
