Why do companies always change things that work!?

I have been working online for 25 years and not once have I seen a change that was actually good or even better than the previous thing. Not fucking once! Everytime I get used to something, some company retard comes along and thinks..."Hey, lets fuck everything up, I want it to look differently." and for some reason nobody stops them. Now when I got used to Hostinger's File Manager system(after using FTP for many years), they changed it to complete shit, that can't be even operated the same way. Why is the world ran by imbeciles???

Many companies do this because they discover things by doing changes and they dont know when to stop and sometime they just make things worst. Change become in itself the purpose lol for some of those companies
