How do you manage multiple blogs?

I usually spread my posting schedule evenly to avoid duplication between accounts.

I think you need a clear plan for organizing your content and a schedule for posting. Once you get used to the rhythm, it won’t be difficult anymore.

I have been thinking about starting another blog, but managing multiple websites seems difficult. How do you guys handle content and updates?
Managing multiple blogs by keeping each website focused on a specific niche and maintaining a separate content calendar for each is not easy.
I've made a schedule; I go with one site at a time, batch keyword research and content creation, and schedule regular updates for the older articles.
Remember: the biggest thing is having a consistent publishing routine than trying to publish everywhere every day.

I manage a lot of blogs, so of course, I can’t do everything on my own. I’ve hired writers to update the content, as well as a few employees to join my SEO team.

managing multi blog page needs dedicate time in creating content and promotion option, there are chances to write content with Ai tool and rewrite to fix plagiarism and copyscape for original content creators to upload on blog pages for visitors. Schedule of timing/period in managing blog page helps in keeping both blog posts live for traffic’s.

You can use trusted VAs in order to handle blogs at a large scale.

I currently manage three blogs in different niches, and I handle most of the work myself. I hire freelance writers to create content for all three blogs.

i have a bunch of sites that i want to be like and i put them on a list and feed it to AI to suggest what topics i should talk about. claude also helps me to post and manage the comments. ill have my own work on AI which reflects what i think my experience which will create content thats different from the usual generic AI content u get

I manage multiple blogs by using a content calendar, batching articles, and prioritizing the sites with the most potential. It’s better to maintain quality and consistency on a few blogs than to run many poorly managed ones.

Batch your activities: research, writing, and publishing of content should be done separately, not per website.

Use one stack: same WordPress theme, plugin, and hosting on all websites.

Use one control panel: use MainWP/ManageWP for maintenance, backup, and auto-update of posts.

Outsource writing only when the site is earning money, while you only brief and review.

Update on a quarterly basis, not on a daily basis.

Wait until the first blog starts earning before starting the second blog.

Is all about the capacity of your management some blogs need a lot of time to be managed and if you dont have a good time management ..... it will be better to keep 1 blog or fewer than try a lot and put to less time to make a difference

i think you should choose a blog that is beter than most blogs and give beter earning if you work on multi blogs your quality will vary while if you focus on a single blog it will be best for you and give you good earning.

Batch writing helps a lot. Instead of writing something every day, spend one day preparing a few articles and schedule them for the coming weeks.

Before starting another blog, make sure you can manage the current one without rushing its content.
in truth, managing several blog is not an easy task when done simultaneously. I always have my articles planned before writing nd schedule them. But I find it difficult to maintain the old posts too. I would start with one blog first nd then proceed with the other.

You can prepare all your content at once with the help of AI and schedule publishing dates for each post in advance. This way, you won’t need to write content repeatedly, and it may also make managing your blog much easier and more organized.

You create content and set a schedule for publishing updates to that content, this saves a significant amount of time when managing multiple sites.
