I think sometimes dropping a habit or changing the way we do things can make a bigger difference than adding something new. Has anything like that worked for you

Simple and easy, trying not to do everything at the same time! That's what has worked best for me. Sometimes we want to finish everything quickly, so we try to do absolutely everything at once, or simply because we want to save time...

I try to enjoy my work, learn from every task I have to do, and of course, study and learn new things. Don't always stay in the same place. Even if you learn things that you think you will never need, life can bring you those opportunities, and knowledge is one of the most important things you can have.

Yes right, I’ve made some changes in my own life, and they’ve had a positive impact. Sometimes, letting go of certain habits and changing our approach can lead to meaningful improvements and a better quality of life.

I agree with you. At first glance, it’s not an obvious problem

(I assume that, 'easier' is intended to mean the same as, 'better.')

When I stopped giving people third chances ---and second chances, depending on what they had done--- I became more stable, secure, and less stressed. Nowadays, I usually cut off contact with someone as soon as I realize that they are a toxic person; life is too short to waste on trying to help evil people.

I was raised by a Christian, so learning that forgiving people and forgetting their mistakes endlessly is basically self-harm was difficult and painful, but it was necessary.

Rushing over every task, overthinking, and not saying NO. Since than i have stopped doing these things. Man, I can't explain how much light and calm my head feels.

Watching TV and using mobile late into the night was a habit I had for almost a decade. I used to stay up until 3 to 4 AM and it completely ruined my daily routine and let to health & anxiety issues . For the past couple of years I have working hard to break this and trying to sleep earlier as soon as possible. I am slowly recovering and making progress day by day. But I still have a long way to go !

In truth, learning how to say no is an extremely important lesson to learn. Not everything requires your attention and effort, and taking some time to reflect helps with decision-making.

For me, stopping overthinking every small thing made life much easier.
Sometimes it's better to focus on what you can control instead of wasting time worrying about things that may never happen. It saves a lot of time and unnecessary stress.

100% Agree. Overthinking uses up more energy than the problem itself. I have realized that it is always better to do something rather than worry about all the possible outcomes.

Stopped checking my phone every few minutes. Sounds small but it made a big difference in my focus and mood.
