Hi,
I'm on the Non-Geo residential plan, i am using trial.
Your site advertises 31M+ IPs, but when I probe from a single
source I only see about 35,000-40,000 unique IPs — a huge gap.
Is this expected? If yes, how do I actually access the full 31M?

Hi, thanks for testing and for the detailed feedback.
What you’re seeing is expected. The 31M+ figure is the number of unique IPs our Non-Geo pool serves over a month. Residential IPs rotate constantly as devices go online and offline, and that monthly figure is how pool sizes are advertised across the industry. The number live at any given moment is much smaller, and a probe from a single source will see a share of that live pool, so 35,000 to 40,000 unique IPs is in line with how the Non-Geo pool works.
Non-Geo is our entry pool. It’s built for high-volume work where price matters most, at as low as $0.10/GB.
If you need more live IPs, our Country Geo and Full Geo pools are much larger. Full Geo, our biggest pool, has more than 2 million live IPs at any time, with country, city and ASN targeting. This is the biggest pool of live IPs you will see on the market, at a fraction of cost. Happy to switch your trial to Full Geo if you’d like to compare.

DM sent. Please note our legacy products are being sunset. Take a look at our new Residential Proxies: they're already discounted on the website, no code needed, and they're the top on the market for pool size and speed.
