Is it possible to create instagram and gmail accounts without verifying phone numbers?

Hello guys. i am trying to make instagram and gmail accounts without verifying phone numbers. but at the end they require to add numbers! is there any way to bypass that?

When you sign up for a new Gmail account (typically via the mobile app or a browser in incognito mode), the field for entering a phone number is sometimes optional. You can skip this step and simply provide a recovery email instead.

Then they make to scan a qr code via your phone having a google account on it which i beleive adds the new created email to your existed phone number on your phone google account.but im not sure

you not adding a number is always about luck but you will later need to add it that how it works so try and get a number to use
