I post a lot of reels (like 8-10 trials a day)

But i'm totally frustrated with statistics. From what i see my trial reels with very very low engagement (1% err and lower) generate very high views (hundreds of thousands) but very very low follow rate. In this type of reels i do random strange funny things with out any edits and so on. Just raw videos with captions.
On the other hand i have a lot of trial reels with insane ERR (like 15%+++) and very high follow rate (up to 10 follows per 1000 views) but they gain almost zero reach. They get like 1-2k views for first hours and after just dies. This type of reels are talking head with motion graphics and so on (educational content with value)

And i am struggling to solve that question. In order to grow I need either to make that raw videos get more ERR and follows (which i am suppose can't be increased dramatically) or to make high ERR reels get more traction and views. but I have tried almost everything and nothing helped. Probably someone here faced the same issue

People can enjoy a video without having any interest in the person who made it, especially if there is no interesting product associated with the content

I have not faced same issue, but I know something about reels and performance. First you need to slow down your number of posts per day. I understand you are trying to get high ERR and more but droppin the numbers and amplifying quality will get you leads. So far, you are getting visits, but your reels are not sparking real curiosity. Its curioiusity that leads to conversions. So, slow down and work on your reels. People shouldnt know you for entertainment. That's not your intent.

I think the two formats are attracting different audiences, the raw funny videos are easier to consume and share, so they get wider reach, while educational content attracts a smaller but more relevant audience.

Try combining both approaches: use the entertaining style to grab attention, then deliver useful information.

Also, 8–10 reels a day might be making it harder to properly analyze what actually works.

Yes, views don’t always turn into loyalty or sales. People might like the content and move on, so creators need to give viewers a reason to connect with the brand or come back."

Maybe the raw videos are getting pushed because they're easy to watch, while the educational ones attract a smaller but more interested audience. I'd compare watch time and shares too, not just ERR. Sometimes a video gets views without giving people a reason to follow the account.

The raw videos might introduce new people to your account, while the educational videos give them a reason to stay. You should experiment with mixing humor and education, using unexpected openings, storytelling, and shorter explanations.
