For those experienced this niche, what causes the most problems during approval website compliance, business verification, licensing, or the type of financial service being promoted? Have you seen cases where a legitimate finance business met all the requirements but still faced repeated disapprovals? What actually helped resolve the issue?

Usually financial niches comes with issues of business verification, licensing and landing page compliance.

First check whether your financial services need Google Ads certification in your country. If it requires and if you don't have one, Cloakers are the only way to go with.

Then you need to verify what kind of verification is required for your business account.

And if your ads keeps on rejecting, check your policy manager for the exact reason before applying.

Its not only about the landing page compliance alone, its just one part of it.

I had a few different issues in loans/debt related campaigns, in one case we had to fill the very long advertiser verification application (30 questions) and submit documents.
in another case our ads kept get disapproved for variety of issues such as unreliable claims so we contacted the Google support and ask them to escalate the issue to the technical team.

In which phase you are getting disapproved?

unclear website details, missing documents and licensing issues are some of the main reasons. Even small compliance gaps cause disapprovalss

I've seen real businesses still get rejected until they cleaned up the website wording and provided stronger verification. Most problem come from unclear licensing info, missing business verification docs or the type of service being promoted. What actually resolve this? Clear business details, proper policy pages and not over promising results tend to reduce back and forth with GG

You need to warm up the google ads account, start with a 5$ budget, warm up for a week. Use a good cloaker as well, but don't cloak until after you add the Black keywords. At least thats how i do it for my gambling ads on Google

In the past, I was able to run several financial advertising campaigns for months, even though multiple accounts were suspended. However, over the past two months, none of my campaigns have been approved, even though I’ve kept the landing page content and ad copy exactly the same as before.

Is this a new domain or one you've been running ads on already? That can make a difference when troubleshooting.

@Koma two months with zero changes on your side usually means the block isn't about the page itself. A few things worth checking with finance specifically:
- Financial services verification. In a growing list of countries (UK, Australia, India and others) Google requires it before finance ads can serve at all. If the account isn't verified for financial services in your target GEO, the ads stay limited or disapproved no matter how clean the LP is.
- The exact disapproval reason. "Unverified financial services" and "Misrepresentation" need completely different fixes. Resubmitting the same ads without addressing the specific reason just stacks up rejections.
- Account history. If the account already has policy strikes, reviews get stricter and slower. Sometimes a fresh, properly verified account gets through faster than fighting the old one.
- Consistency. The legal entity name, registration number and address on the site should match what you submitted in verification, word for word.

What exactly does the disapproval say, and which country are you targeting? That narrows it down a lot.
