I'm really interested in this field, but I'm still quite new to it. I'd really appreciate it if you could answer a few questions for me:

  • What does an OFM agency actually do on a day-to-day basis?
  • What OFM model are you currently operating (full management, marketing only, chat support only, hybrid, etc.)?
  • How did you approach creators and convince them to work with you?
  • What's the best way to reach out to creators professionally without coming across as spam?
  • How do you demonstrate your value to creators when they don't trust you yet?
  • What are the biggest operating costs of running an OFM agency (advertising, staff, software, etc.)?
  • How much startup capital do you realistically need, and how long does it usually take to become profitable?
  • What are the biggest challenges or risks you've encountered in this business?
  • Do you think the OFM market is becoming saturated? How competitive is it today?
  • If someone wants to get into OFM, which skills should they focus on learning first?

They should be paid from 3$/h + 2-5 % and that is if you hire a chatter and train him
if you hire for example an experianced serbian that it goes up to 12%

it would be really useful to get these answers for many of us, it gives clear intro to business model and expenses
 
I think it might be difficult for AI to replace the relationship between human agents and whale, but I’m wondering if it might be possible to have AI handle certain aspects of CRM. such as assisting with chats or managing smaller customers?

AI sucks. dont use it. chats need human interaction, that no AI will ever be able to create. Unless you make your own somehow. which isn't need and the much cheaper alternative of hiring chatters

I did try to find in that way but a lot of time wasters etc
 
I've seen the abbreviation SFS used to describe a traffic acquisition tool. What does this mean and is it different from promoting models on social media?
And also, I've always been interested in the question of personnel in this kind of business, how long do models hold on to their jobs, and is there a turnover?

Hey bro, I’ve started doing OFM a few months ago. I need your help for a few things :
  1. What traffic channels would you recommend to focus on?
  2. How do you ACTUALLY bring traffic?
  3. How would you recruit your first model as a total beginner ? cold outreach on IG?
  4. When to recruit chatters? At what point?
  5. I was told a good and viable account brings in around 20 subs per day, is this true?
