Finding the right questions seems just as important as writing good answers. Different users appear to have different methods for research.

How do you identify questions with strong traffic potential on Quora? Do you look at followers ,search intent ,topic popularity or something else?

Look at a mix of factors rather than just one metric. follower count can be useful , but pay more attention to search intent and whether people are actively looking for that topic. check if similar questions already have high view counts and recent activity.Questions that solve a specific problem or answer a common business need often perform better over time.

I usually focus on search intent first. Questions that solve a real problem or answer something people frequently search for tend to bring the most long term traffic.
Follower count and topic popularity can be helpful indicators, but I have found that a question with strong intent and weaker existing answer is often the best opportunity.

I’d probably look at how specific a question is before choosing it. Something broad like How do I grow my business? could attract loads of answers, while a more specific question might bring people who are actually interested in that exact problem. Finding the right balance seems tricky, lol.

I don't rely on follower count alone because a question can have many followers without receiving much current traffic. I pay more attention to the topic's search potential, how recently people have engaged with it, and the quality of existing answers.

I try to follow the search intent of the users. Topic popularity comes second IMO.

I think checking older questions can help too. If people are still reading them after months, there might be something useful to learn from those questions.

I sometimes click on a question just because the title makes me curious Quora can easily turn a 2-minute search into a 20-minute rabbit hole lol. I guess those curiosity-driven topics are worth keeping an eye on.

I’d probably write down a few questions first and pick the ones I can actually give a decent answer to. No point opening 20 tabs and then forgetting what I was even looking for.

I’d look for questions that already have recent answers and steady follower activity, then check whether the existing answers are outdated or incomplete. Search the same topic on Google too, since questions appearing there may have traffic potential beyond Quora itself.

Sometimes I spend more time choosing which Quora question to answer than actually writing the answer I guess checking whether people are still asking similar things is a good starting point. No point putting effort into a question nobody seems interested in.

I think sometimes the questions with the most views aren't always the easiest ones to answer. You open one thinking it'll take two minutes, then realise you need half a day of research Happens more often than I'd like.

Search intent is very important besides choosing question from your niche. Sometimes I pick very new questions since my answer has more chances of being viewed more if the question is a good one

Hahah, yes, this is definitely true

To identify questions with high traffic (views, engagement) on Quora, you should use Quora Ads Manager, explore the homepage and the "Trending" section, and leverage external SEO tools.

I usually check followers first, but also look at how many answers the question already has. A question with interest but not too many good answers is worth trying.

Try searching your main keywords on Google with site:quora.com. You'll find questions already getting search visibility.
