Easier way to reuse tons of my own Facebook videos in tiktok

Hi Everyone,

I have a Facebook page with about 10k followers and a lot of reels … I have been posting twice a week.

I want to start on TikTok … I could go Meta Business, download the video, copy the description, pick a new sound and post in TikTok but I am wondering if there is some way to automate at least a piece of it ….

Any idea ? Maybe thinking outside of the box? How would you do ?

You can use tools like Repurpose.io or Zapier to automatically get videos from Facebook and upload them to TikTok.
If you want to save money, you can manually download the videos and then use CapCut/TikTok Studio to adjust the audio before posting.

I tried buffer and didn’t work … I will try repurpose …. What I am trying right now is I went to Facebook, privacy and settings, download your data and I requested to download all my posts … let’s see what will be downloaded :)
 
I tried Buffer but no luck, going to test Repurpose next. You can also use Repurpose.io or Zapier to auto-pull videos from FB to TikTok, or just download them manually and tweak audio in CapCut/TikTok Studio before posting.
 
Hi everyone … if anyone ever needs something like this … I started to use repurpose.io and it looks great and it’s doing what I want.

You don't need to re-download before posting on Tiktok, since you have the original content with you, go ahead and post it on tiktok

Hi … some of them I posted last year or even older and I don’t have them anymore …
 
Since they're your own videos you don't need to re-download and re-upload them one by one, even the older ones you no longer have saved. A couple of things that helped me: rewrite the captions and hashtags for TikTok because Facebook-style captions usually flop there, and drip them out a few per day instead of dumping a big batch at once. I built PostOnce.to for exactly this situation: you connect your Facebook page and TikTok and it re-publishes your older Facebook videos to TikTok (and new ones automatically), takes about 10 minutes to set up, and there's a 7-day free trial if you want to test it on a small batch first.
 
In my opinion, I can upload my video to any social media platform without any issues, as I created the video myself. It is true that a video can be re-edited based on its view count or its quality.
 
You can freely upload your own videos to various platforms or use automated tools like TikTok Studio to edit the audio without worrying about copyright infringement.

I've been doin it more manually lately.. download the FB video -> cut the first couple seconds -> add a new hook text or quick voice over -> export in Tiktok's preferred ratio.
Actually feel less risky than full automation tools nd the algorithm seems to treat it more like original content 🙄 may takes a bit more time but the reach has been steadier for me
