If you had $50k, how would you invest it to grow in IM?

What would you do with $50k that has the highest return for growing or starting a business in the IM niche?

To make sure this thread provides value for other readers as well please don't recommend crypto or general nonsense like "AI".

Keep in mind you don't have to reply. I am sure we will get some good answers but I will be fair and start with the first one I do myself:

Invest $1k to build a tool that helps students bypass AI detectors, spend $5k per month on Tiktokers and FB ads to promote it. Pretty straight-forward and you will have at least mid 4-figures in recurring revenue.

With $50K, I would buy three blogs with high traffic: two monetized through AdSense and one generating stable income from affiliate marketing. This investment would give me a source of passive income every month.

With $50K, I would invest in an online store specializing in sneakers, covering website development, marketing, and inventory costs.

With 50K, I'm gonna select a profitable niche for Saas tool or Ecom and then buy related blog website in that niche for traffic and referrals (SEO Goldmine). Ads gonna be occasional marketing then.
