There are just so many new cryptos being developed and it’s hard to always keep track of them all - do you have any particular method for keeping track or deciding which ones to research?

I don't
Why would I keep track of garbage? The only one to keep an eye in 2026 is BTC

All the others are total garbage underperforming BTC, with few specific exceptions that will also eventually dump hard or simply die

Exchanges are like search engines to crypto assets, market caps, prices, and last 24hrs performance gets updated per seconds to facilitate the discovery of data that aids with starting a research on a coin or project.

There are sites which give data for each coin hour wise or day wise gains. You can track all coins there easily.

I usually check coongecko on any new crypto because they have most of them listed.

I usually focus on one or two cryptocurrencies that I am tracking, and I don't pay much attention to others unless they stand out.

In my opinion a small watchlist and focus on projects with a strong team, real world use, active development, and solid tokenomics. I also ignore most hype and only research projects that actually solve a problem.

bro i feel u. too many coins, too little time. i just check reddit and hope. good luck with your research.

its simple, you don’t. 99% of projects out there are bogus. Just keep a steady DCA going into BTC and wait for the next cycle to kick off. That’s what I’m doing.

Crypto is like gambling, you’re more likely to lose than win. I think you should keep your money

You can simply just create a excel sheet. Where you can write down the specific cryptos to track down all the action. It is lot more easier for me.

what do you mean exactly with tracking? tell me your wished functions, i'm currently writing a paper day by day to create a AI Redacted Panel for Crypto/Stock News and potential trading opportunities maybe i can add your wishes to the paper if it fits

it's planned as free project for the community here / github

Idk if you mean a app like BF was but this shutdown of this app was the hardest thing for me instead what the courts are told about FTX

it was also such a nice app to track your gains but not for news

stay tuned

In my opinion, shitcoins were largely promoted by their creators rather than purchased because of genuine demand. Ordinary buyers often served as exit liquidity for early holders. To make money, you need to win more often than you lose, but trading meme coins was essentially gambling. You might even have better odds in a casino.

you don’t because majority of them are worth nothing. Pick a handful of established projects and stick to a steady DCA strategy for the long run, you’ll be better off than gambling on low cap meme coins.

In my personal view, that would be very difficult; typically, one would need to rely on support from automated technological systems and application programming interfaces (APIs).

You can't track everything 95% of new launches are pure noise.
Set up DEXScreener or Birdeye alerts filtered by minimum liquidity, volume spikes, and holder counts.
If a token doesn't clear those baseline metrics first, skip it and move on.

I usually keep an eye on CoinGecko and CoinMarketCap to find new crypto projects. If something catches my attention, I check what the project does, who's behind it, its community, and whether people are actually using it. I also follow a few crypto communities on X to stay updated. I don't try to follow every new coin, just the ones that seem worth looking into.
