Got a landing page disapproved in Google Ads, but the policy violation isn't clear. Checked the page a few times and couldn't figure out what's wrong. Has anyone faced something similar recently?

Try opening the page on mobile too. It may show something different there.
Good point. I would also test it on various browsers because there could be some issues with the mobile version or some elements could get blocked.

It is necessary to test the landing page after all the redirections have been performed, even on the mobile phone, becuz there are cases where everything is okay on the regular browser but the Google spider lands on another page of your site. Is there any policy message from google ads? Is it a destination mismatch?

Checking on mobile is a good start. A few more things usually sit behind a "no clear reason" landing page disapproval:

1. Look at the exact policy name in Policy Manager, not just "disapproved". Destination not working, destination mismatch, unacceptable business practices and misrepresentation all show up as a disapproved ad, but the fixes are completely different.
2. Make sure Google's crawler can actually reach the page. Cloudflare bot protection, geo-blocking or a firewall that lets you in but blocks AdsBot will get the page flagged even though it loads fine for you. Run the URL through Search Console's URL inspection to see what Google really gets.
3. Redirects. If the final URL redirects to another domain, or tracking parameters send part of the traffic somewhere else, that's a destination mismatch.
4. Missing trust basics. No contact details, no privacy policy or terms, no real business info, or hidden fees at checkout tend to trigger misrepresentation on new pages, especially in finance, health and supplements.
5. Claims. "Guaranteed", "100%", before/after pictures, or prices that don't match the ad.

If it's misrepresentation, fix the page first and then appeal. Appealing an unchanged page usually gets you the same answer and just adds to the account's history. We deal with these a lot at PPC Rebels, so if you share the niche and the exact policy name, I can tell you which one is most likely.

Sometimes a third party script can cause issues, so try testing the page without extra scripts.

That’s frustrating, especially when Google doesn’t tell you what’s wrong. I'd check the page in an incognito window and on mobile, just to see if anything loads differently. Also look at the disapproval details in the account. If you still can't spot the issue, request another review.

Yeah, this happens sometimes; check the landing page for broken links, redirects, or misleading content, then request a manual review if everything looks fine.

Yeah, happens more often than you'd think. Check if Googlebot can access the page properly, sometimes it works fine for us but not for their crawler.
