I recommend Hetzner if it's available to you. Great performance, stable network, and fair pricing.

If crypto is a must PQ.Hosting is worth

for crypto specifically, BuyVM/Frantech is the go-to -- been active on BHW for years, stable, solid uptime. Hetzner doesn't take crypto natively but performance/price ratio is hard to beat if that's not a dealbreaker. AlexHost is decent too if you're more budget-focused. depends on your use case really.

Hetzner is good but they don't have many availability but quality/price is very good
AWS EC2 good be good also if you don't need a vps 24/24 (you just pay by minutes used)

And if you don't have money just use Oracle free tier with arm (2CPU and 12GO RAM)
