Kraken for sure, I’ve been using them for about 5 years now and never going anywhere else. Cheap trading fees and quickest withdrawal times.
 
Bybit is my recommendation. I switched from Binance to Bybit two years ago, and everything has been going smoothly ever since.
 
I think Bybit is currently a reliable and secure cryptocurrency exchange. I’ve been using it for years to send and receive crypto without much trouble, and I’ve rarely encountered warnings or account restrictions.
