Hey guys,

I recently started working on a new website, but getting organic traffic is not easy.

I've tried publishing content and doing basic on-page SEO, but results are still slow.

What strategies worked for you when starting a new website? Would love to hear some real experiences.

Thanks!

When starting a new website, I found that focusing on low-competition, long- tail keywords and publishing helpful, quality content consistently makes a big difference. Building relevant backlinks, improving internal linking and staying active in your niche also help. Organic traffic takes time, so consistency and patience are the only key.

It was easier for me to move somewhere when I focused on one niche nd created quite a few pages in that niche, instead of creating content on many different topics. I have been also concentrating more on my internal link nd getting a few mentions instead of trying to get backlink from anywhere. do you have any comment on your pages in GSC?

focus on higher quality content rather than basic and you will get better results
Certainly, merely providing added depth is not sufficient either. The content must provide a better answer to the search intent than that provided by the existing results.

Select one good niche and post according to the niche considering the trending topic, Not post any random stuff.

just focus on high quality content not the content AI gave you but based on the research you made that usually helps and give out a good offer and a reason for people to come to your site

Adding useful pages about specific problems can bring traffic faster than targeting broad keywords.

The trick is all in the content you make. Generalized and random contents bring about scattered and none focused organic traffic which don't hold. Be niche specific. I believe your site has a purpose, focus on that and be known for it and your traffic will come

Imo, for new site target low competition kywds rather than high volume and publish of legit content , relavance links gives google time to understand site. here consistency matter more than trying evrything at once.

Organic is supposed to be slow. If you want quick traffic, try social media and paid traffic.

For a new website, I'd focus on low-competition long-tail keywords, useful content, and proper internal linking first. SEO takes time, so I'd also try social media and niche communities to bring in some initial visitors.

As described for a new website, you can start with low competition keywords that have clear search intent instead of targeting broad terms right away. Build a few useful pages around related topics, connect them with internal links, and make sure the content offers something better than what’s already ranking.

Also, focus on getting relevant backlinks and brand mentions from sites in your niche. New sites usually need time to build trust, so consistency matters.

Focusing on hyper specific long-tail keywords, matching true search intent and multi-channel promotion works best for kickstarting traffic on a new website.

A clear About page and proper contact details can also make a new website look more trustworthy.

Start with Very low competitiona and Rank it, even if u dont get traffic from that KW. later try to focus on Trending Low KD KWs , then change it

the basic concept is to focus on only one niche nd make a small cluster of page that are related to each other rather than targeting any keyword at random. Use GSC to find out what topics are getting impression nd then build pages on these topics. social traffic might help you get some initial traffic.
