What tools do you use in checking proxy quality?

Any decent third-party proxy checker will do, but it's always best to test proxies against your actual use case.

I just use them and compare to others
Swear to God I don't understand what this means. Compare them in what terms??????? If they do or not the job? Basically ip burning and riskying everything

It is the only right way. There are tools like https://www.ipqualityscore.com, but they're not 100% quality indicator.
Of course there are 3rd party tools to do this check there are many that's why I asked here maybe somebody has a recommendation or something.

IPinfo for ASN and location, then i check if the connection is stable and the IP stays the same when it should. after that the real test is on the website you're using it for. those fraud score websites can give completely different results for the same mobile IP.

I think what Invictus means is run the proxy against the thing you actually care about and watch the numbers, not a score from some site. Send a few hundred requests to your real target (or something close to it) and track success rate, how many captchas/403s/429s you get, and median plus p95 latency. A proxy can look clean on a fraud score site and still get blocked on your target, and the reverse happens too.

For stuff you can check up front, I'd do a leak test (no X-Forwarded-For or Via header added, and DNS/WebRTC not showing your real IP if you're in a browser), then look the IP up in two or three different geoip/ASN databases. If they disagree on country or city, or one calls it hosting and another says residential, better to know before you use it for anything geo sensitive. Also test it a few times over a day. With rotating pools quality varies a lot between IPs, so one sample tells you almost nothing.

Use curl as a free baseline: check the exit IP through --proxy, then run requests against your actual target with --write-out to log HTTP status and time-to-first-byte across several IPs. For SOCKS5, socks5h:// makes DNS resolve through the proxy. Compare success rates; an IP score alone will not tell you whether the target blocks it.

ipinfo.io to check the ASN and see if it’s really resi/mobile or just a datacenter range, scamalytics or ipqualityscore for the fraud score, browserleaks for webrtc/dns leaks. for speed and stability i just run a curl loop through it and log response time + success rate. but honestly the only test that really matters is running it on your actual target for a day
